How To - Make Breakfast in 55 Seconds

Break an egg into a mug, add a splash of milk and beat with a fork.

Now add any fixings you like: a slice of tomato, cheese, smoked salmon, prosciutto. Whatever you want.

Add a small piece of butter. Not much.

Stick it in the microwave for 55 seconds, then turn it out onto a slice of toast and serve. Yummy!
